Pros: Benefits are very good: 10% 401k matching, great discounts, and fully funded higher education expenses. Good place to learn about large corporate culture.

Cons: Feels like a sinking ship. The culture is all about useless corporate metrics, with 10 layers of managers above you. No real change is on the horizon.

Pros: Good if you are white, conservative, and willing to cheat.

Cons: This company has a serious discrimination problem and unethical managers. Despite the fact that they conduct ethical training every year (imposed by the Federal Government that caught them cheating, not by choice), it is just a facade. HR is non-existent. If a manager is acting unethically and you report them to HR, they will tell you to find another job. Managers can do whatever they want and cannot be fired.

Pros: The benefits are really great, but they have continued to make the employee pay for more of them each year.

Cons: Terrible management (too many chiefs, not enough Indians). They have definitely made it known that they want to cut costs by any means necessary, including laying off older workers just because they are Level 4 or 5. They continue to amaze me that they even function at all. My main job is to write software, and yet, I have to fight to use tools and best practices. Boeing also refuses to pay for quality software developers or hire new engineers when they desperately need them.
