Pros: Great work-life balance, excellent compensation for new hires, especially if you take advantage of tuition reimbursement. Good culture, flex-time within two-week periods, and lots of opportunities to move around if you put yourself out there.
Cons: Promotions seem to depend on time in the chair just as much as performance. Raises aren't much different between high and low performers, which can be discouraging.
