Behavioral interview with a panel of 3 employees, of which one was an actual engineer. They're looking precisely for the STAR (Situation-Task-Action-Response) method. They didn't really ask me about my resume. This was through the EAHI (Engineering Accelerated Hiring Initiative), so the turnaround was extremely fast, around 48 hours.
