I first applied online in the Fall of 2014.
In January 2015, I got a phone interview. They asked three typical STAR (Situation - Task - Action - Result) questions.
Overall, I thought the interview went alright. However, I did not receive any notifications of my status until late April when I learned that an offer had been extended. I then went online and accepted the offer.

Pros: Honestly, none come to mind at this particular site.
Cons: Untrained production engineering management all the way to the top.
Constant turnover and many unskilled workers.
Zero management support on all levels.
Minimal chances of advancement.
Traffic to and from work and parking at this site is ridiculous!

Pros: Pay, 401K, vacation, location, facilities
Cons: Weak leadership. Lack of transparency. Lack of management accountability. Micromanaged. Using corrupt/broken data systems to track parts. Intentionally circumventing processes to cut corners, which results in subpar quality of product just to make delivery commitments to customers. Constant rework of products incurs additional costs, time, and reputation. Retaliation for speaking up.

Pros: Pay and benefits are comparable to other large companies.
Cons: At two of the sites I have worked at, the management is very political and protective of their territory. Subsequently, they do not share information and play favorites.
