The interview was over the phone with two managers. It was supposed to be about 30 minutes long but lasted about 45 minutes. I think that was a good thing because they gave me an offer about a week later.

I don’t remember the questions, but it was similar to a STAR interview, just shorter.

Pros: Competitive salary and benefits.
Boeing products in general are fascinating, and the opportunities to work on very interesting projects could be endless.
Improvements in top-down communication in the last 2 years.
Cons: Tasks can be monotonous and not very rewarding. First-level management is often distracted and not focused on employee development. Raises and promotions are often challenging, and opportunities for advancement can vary depending upon the particular manager. Benefits continue to be eroded (decline in medical coverage, elimination of pension, etc.). The company has been performing very well in the last several years, but layoffs always seem to be on the horizon.
