The wages and benefits are fantastic. Almost all of the people I worked with were always kind and helpful. They were very hard working.
At times, it's still very much a "good ol' boys club" kind of company. You will get forced out. OT is sometimes mandatory and can last for months at a time. You're just a number to them.
Treat your "grunts" with more respect and understanding. After all, if we don't build your product, nobody makes money.
