Vacation days are focused on Christmas break. Total ~10 per year, with 3 in the year and the rest between just before Christmas through the new year.

Losing contracts and not a lot of opportunity. The future in aerospace is moving elsewhere. Management selection is in need of repair. Affirmative action dominates some programs and has led to key positions being held by people who should not be leading. Pension ended in 2008.
