Honestly, there is nothing we are doing well.

Cons

Overpaid management with no desire to fix the built-in problems.

Management blames ‘the shop floor’ for not working hard when the fundamentals are all wrong, not allowing them to achieve their goals.

Very top-heavy, and a ‘jobs for the boys’ working environment.

Advice to Management

Listen to the ‘scumbags’ who actually want to improve the business.
