A discussion with a manager showed me around the facility. The place is large, and the products are really impressive. This was a long time ago, so I'm not sure how relevant it is today.

Simple behavioral questions. Two interviewers, who were recent hires, took turns asking about different experiences with software development, relevant classes, group work, etc. This was in the St. Louis office.
