It was my 9th interview with this company. I graduated at the top of my class with high honors.
I was told during 6 of these interviews that I was in the top 3 final candidates.
The company had a large room full of interview candidates, and I only saw 10 women, including myself. I discovered that ultimately the company hired a male for each job I was interviewing for.
I have stopped interviewing and applying to this company.
