Most management treated the employees with respect. Great work/life balance when it comes to day-to-day work. Above-standard benefits. Attempted to move forward with technology. See Cons.
Because of Covid and the 737 MAX, the company has gone into a "keep the lights on" mode.
Because of changes moving forward, technology has stopped.
Cutbacks have increased off-hour work to double.
Management is not connected to employees' work, and a lot of re-orgs are causing major changes all the time. For example, my job didn't change, but my title changed 3 times, and my manager changed 5 times in 2 years. No manager ever quit during that span.
If you make a change, stick with it and follow through, then access.
Do not do the "flavor of the week" without truly understanding it and getting your management to believe in it.
In time, this causes employees to put no effort into the change.
For example, 30+ year employees do not drive change since they know it will be something else new in a year, causing it to fail.
