Some of the best group of people I have ever worked with.
The downside is that some have been there for so long, becoming comfortable, and end up just sitting. It's not many, but enough (a great deal of it is at the management level) to have it become an attitude problem. This has affected Boeing employees, who for the most part are hard workers, but now Boeing has become associated with people you don't want to hire. This has become known outside of Boeing.
Really reward the folks who do show initiative and keep them.
