Good benefits, a typically good work environment. Even though it is a huge company, it doesn't usually feel like you're just 1 of 160K people. There are many opportunities to get involved outside of work:
- Employee groups
- Community involvement
Some benefits have been reduced or changed due to the current economic climate, but it is affecting groups that still bring profit and value to compensate for profit loss in other groups.
Be aware of the work being done in all of your groups, regardless of how high you are in the company, especially when speaking with those groups.
