The interview used the STAR method. A panel of three people from different divisions was present and took turns asking questions and follow-up questions. The interview took about forty-five minutes to an hour via web conference.

Be prepared to answer technical and behavioral questions. Practice the STAR method and take your time answering the questions. Be yourself. I was able to pull from school projects to use as answers.
