This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"

Only a single interview over Zoom, where they asked five questions. I was required to use the STAR format when answering. There were no technical questions. There was a panel of five interviewers, all of whom were related to my job field, not HR.

I got the interview by going to the career fair and talking to one of the technical experts there representing the company. They liked me enough and called me back for an interview the next day. The interview itself was very structured. There were t
