The space and satellite industry has a much better job outlook. The work is very challenging and keeps up with technical skills. The cost for benefits is low, and pay is at the top for the aerospace industry. There is a good retirement contribution.
Management has too many layers.
Employees mostly keep to themselves and work; there's not much time for socializing.
Managers don't really care about you as long as you can get your tasks done.
Care more about the employees that work under you.
