It was overall pretty tricky for me. Not very conversational, like most interviews. They had this STAR method they wanted you to respond in, which made the questions even more high-pressure.

I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Beijing) in 2019. Interview Structural interview. They'll ask you basic things like proposed salaries and experience, and then describe in detail about one project you were involved in.

Be prepared to answer technical and behavioral questions. Practice the STAR method and take your time answering the questions. Be yourself. I was able to pull from school projects to use as answers.
