Boeing

The screening process consisted of a third-party video interview. Interviews are supposed to go both ways as you figure out if the company is a right fit for you, and evidently Boeing was not.

In a room with two folks: a manager and a lead engineer. They asked specific questions about job history and relationship to the current requisition. The interview took place in a conference room and was very relaxed and low pressure.

I took an online test for aptitude and experience after filling out the application online. A phone interview followed, which lasted an hour. After a week or so, I received an email saying I was no longer under consideration.
