Company's Shift to Engineering Praised, but Challenges Persist
The company is in the process of shifting back towards engineering excellence. From my perspective, this is a welcome change, as it allows us to focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers.
There are still some challenges within the company.
One area that needs improvement is management dynamics. While everyone is working towards a common goal, it can be difficult at times to get everyone on the same page and organized under one theme.
I would advise management to continue prioritizing engineering excellence and to work on improving communication and organization within the company.
This will help to foster a positive work environment and enable us to deliver the best possible products to our customers.
Additionally, management needs to develop strategies to retain talent.
