They treat you pretty well. Good pay, good benefits, reasonable job security, amazing products. It's a huge company, so if you don't like it in one place, you can probably move somewhere you do like. Lots of opportunities to pursue different interests. Excellent work/life balance.
It's a huge company and has all of the bureaucratic tendencies that come with that.
The unions, in the Puget Sound at least, can make certain things incredibly frustrating for anyone that is eager to do things outside of their specific job description.
Figure out how to engender the startup mentality wherever you can.
