Boeing Interview Experiences
Structural Engineer
Technical questions were focused more on solid mechanics, structures, and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.
Guidance, Navigation, & Control Engineer (GNC)
STAR review. Very non-technical. Look up on the internet how to answer the questions. Usually conducted by three managers. They're looking to make sure you can follow instructions. You may or may not get a lot of feedback.
Industrial Engineer
The interview consisted of Behavioral Interview Questions. I interviewed with multiple hiring managers. One interviewer in particular came off as quite rude. Despite being told that I would hear back a week after the interview, there was not a word.
