Awful management practices. Safety requirements are overbearing and missing the point. The workload is painfully mismanaged. There's no sense in rushing to get parts done when you know there will be nothing left to do for 8 months out of the year because it happens every year.
Actually listen to the employees because they actually know what they're doing, and you don't.
Fight for wage increases for the guys that have been there for 10-plus years and haven't seen a substantial raise in five. Reward the guys that show up and learn every bit of their job in two weeks instead of six months like everyone else. Boeing Helena can't keep people for the aforementioned reasons.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
