Naturally rotated to different aspects of a spacecraft's lifecycle, learning a lot about key subsystems and the whole satellite system as a whole. Really enjoyed customer training and the traveling that came along with it.
If you get really good at a particular job, it's easy to get pulled back to do it again. Now that you're faster and experienced, you're likely to do it faster with fewer mistakes. It's hard to drive culture change because of the size of the company and how far removed we are from those who can make the decisions.
