Low Base Pay, Good Overall Experience
Got to work on development programs in Phantom Works. Exciting problems, and most of my direct management has been good to work for. Benefits are good.
Low base pay compared to other companies. Promotions are hard to come by, and annual raises are small and not strongly connected to performance. The best way to make money at Boeing is to stay there for 40 years and be an average engineer.
