Solid place to start, but long-term growth is poor
- Easy job and laid-back coworkers.
- Solid pay to live in New Orleans/Slidell.
- Get to be onsite at a NASA facility.
- Great work-life balance; a lot of people don't come in, and it never gets noticed.
- Can feel a heavy lack of purpose within your role/lack of motivation.
- The facility is very old, with a leaking roof and lots of mold.
- People are stuck in their role/level.
- Management is very adverse to change.
- Swampfires in summer can really spread a lot of smoke around the area.
