The first part of the interview process was a phone screening from an HR representative. Then an in-person, typical S.T.A.R. format interview. After that is a background check and drug test.

This was a one-and-done online call via Webex. There was no follow-up interview. Three managers were in one room, and they did not have their cameras on.
