The current management is destroying Boeing's great culture and values.

Projects after projects are getting shelved, which have the potential to generate profits for Boeing.

Some industry veterans are working for their own profits instead of the company.

Loyalty has no value.

Managers and HRs are the dumbest people here. They are clueless.

Entire management, from CEOs to the managers, should be fired.

CEO and the management are the reason behind all the mess happening in this great company.

This company is now reduced to a racist place. They don't want Indians taking away their jobs. So whenever they see any good resource, they try to throw them out.

The hate towards Indians is in the air. You can feel it from the second day itself.

I have never seen such a chaotic company before. Nobody knows what to do. The lack of communication is deliberately being played out to keep people, especially Indians, from taking over.

The entire management should try joining politics instead. Congrats to them for successfully destroying a company.

Advice to Management

Please spare Boeing and leave immediately. Try joining politics instead. Congratulations for destroying Boeing.
