Senior Software Engineer
They call it a "Structured Interview." It's a series of extremely general questions asked via phone interview with a four-person panel. The questions were extremely general in nature and terribly difficult to answer to their apparent satisfaction.
Engineer
Very calm and direct. Based on the SMART method of questions and answers. The interview was in English and the interviewer made me feel at ease. There were no technical questions, but rather questions more focused on the behavioral aspect.
Software Engineer
Was sent a behavioral and sort of IQ test (pattern recognition and such). You watch a series of videos and then answer the questions, and then wait for HR to give a response.
