M&P Engineer
The interview followed the STAR Interview format, with 6 different questions about my work experience. There was some time for questions afterward. It was a panel interview with 4 senior members of the team.
Engineer
Easy. Very normal interview. It did not get too technical and asked a lot of situational questions. I did not get to technical during the interview. There is also a hiring freeze, which I was notified of during the process.
Senior Software Engineer
They call it a "Structured Interview." It's a series of extremely general questions asked via phone interview with a four-person panel. The questions were extremely general in nature and terribly difficult to answer to their apparent satisfaction.
