M&P Engineer
The interview followed the STAR Interview format, with 6 different questions about my work experience. There was some time for questions afterward. It was a panel interview with 4 senior members of the team.
Engineer
Easy. Very normal interview. It did not get too technical and asked a lot of situational questions. I did not get to technical during the interview. There is also a hiring freeze, which I was notified of during the process.
Software Engineer
EAHI Hire, no technical. Pretty much, you need to get elected from the career fair for EAHI. After that, it's a pretty easy process. They just ask you to go over your resume and then answer questions about hypothetical engineering challenges. No codi
