The CEO lacks business strategy. Quit trying to fix programs that are a waste of money. The SWOT analysis hasn't really changed in 3 years. Improve demographics and get rid of the production mindset when parts are clearly developed enough to be production parts. Reset the board and hire people who are aerospace-worthy individuals. The direction of the company will lead to bankruptcy in 5 years if trends continue.
