The culture is respectful, encouraging, and has built-in measures that truly protect all employee levels from micromanaging, bully management, predator management, sneaky management, and the like. It's an environment where you wake up and enjoy going to work, like how it was long ago.

Trying to manage the ups and downs of the aerospace business. It can be nerve-racking to watch the news, knowing that some ridiculous world event can adversely affect the business. No fault of Boeing, but when most of their products carry huge price tags, there aren't many buyers in the world with pockets deep enough to buy off the counter.

Great job. Continue doing what you are doing. Above all, maintain and protect the culture. It is truly a gem that I'm glad I was a part of for five years.
