Good opportunity once you get your foot in the door. School is paid for. Great way to get work experience.
Doesn't pay enough for the amount of extra work they tack onto your job title. Management is not good. They offer everyone the same amount of raise. There is no way of getting a bigger bump in pay. They claim they are competitive in pay, but they really aren't.
