If you come in as a contractor, make sure you have a high salary of around 20k to 30k more. When they make you full-time and decrease your pay, you will be more comfortable with it.
Experience managers are excellent and know what they are doing, but they need to teach the newer managers how to be more professional.
Some newer managers take things personally when you give them feedback or when they know your salary, which is super unprofessional.
