Benefits are good. The 401k match is great.
Salaries are low for the area.
Schedules are unrealistic.
To stay positive, you have to delude yourself.
Raises are the lowest I have ever seen, even for great performers.
Attrition rate is about 70-80% over three years.
Stop doing whatever it is you are doing! This place has become a living hell.

They already had the ones they wanted to hire ahead of time. Boeing has the good ole boy system in place. Other than that, it was a nice place to work.
Engineer
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
Software Engineer Intern
One phone screen and then one video interview technical round and then a call with the hiring manager. The phone screen was standard behavioral questions, and the technicals were easy LeetCode questions.
