They already had the ones they wanted to hire ahead of time. Boeing has the good ole boy system in place. Other than that, it was a nice place to work.

STAR Method interview. The interview was conducted via phone and it went well. All questions were relevant to an ME. I got an offer, but it was well below average for engineers in the aerospace sector.
