A good way to learn a lot about airplanes. No real engineering work
Get exposure to all parts of airplane production and many technical details.
Generally, an incredibly easy job.
The job becomes very repetitive after a while. The company does not grow any good engineering habits or mechanisms. It's easy to slip into a silo here. I worry about it limiting future career options and regressive engineering principles.
Trust your employees and implement some actual engineering principles and growth mechanisms for employees.
