Frequent layoffs, poor management structure, and poor layoff methods. Boeing's really shooting itself in the foot with how it lays off employees.
Simplify the leadership chain, focus on improving cash flow, and get hiring methods in check.
Don't over-hire one year and then decide you need layoffs in a world-class economy.
