Interesting job, flexible hours, great co-workers, and great resources (labs, technicians, materials).
The work is really interesting. You learn a lot, and it's hard to get bored.
Terrible pay, small raises, scarce promotions, frequent lay-offs, over-paid management. I really feel undervalued and under-appreciated. I don't know how much longer I can stay with the company.
Give employees the salary that they deserve. Young, talented engineers are forced to leave for better pay. Is it worth it? I think not.
