The interview was online with the team manager, as well as a couple of team members. They asked typical STAR behavioral questions and some follow-up on items on my resume.

The interview was part of their standard STARs process. They email you information on the interview structure and pretty much stick to the lot of questions they are given. Overall, the interviewers were very patient and accommodating.

The structured interview process did not really touch on the skills and accomplishments of the applicant's career. It forces the interview panel to ask all candidates the same questions. The panel did give some background on the position applied for;
