There are some questionable leadership decisions.
STAR format in accordance with normal policy, I was clearly not the desired candidate. The interview felt like a formality to meet quota for a candidate pool. Follow-up questions showed a lack of listening.
Panel interview with four managers. About five questions about different workplace scenarios and how you would go about them. It was a nice experience and not as scary as I thought it would be.
Around 6 STAR questions: * Situation * Task * Action * Result Google it. Pretty easy at an hourly level if you are prepared. It gets harder if you try to move into management, but the format is the same.
