A good company to work for.
Sometimes a tough company to work for.
STAR format in accordance with normal policy, I was clearly not the desired candidate. The interview felt like a formality to meet quota for a candidate pool. Follow-up questions showed a lack of listening.
Sat down with the team manager and interviewer at a recruiting convention for LATINX. They asked me several questions about why I wanted to work there and what sort of experience I bring to the role.
A pretty straightforward process. There were 5 questions: 3 STAR and 2 questions about my skills. Nothing technical that needed immediate knowledge. The entire process took about 2 months or so. Usually, it takes longer based on personal experience
