After applying, you will be reached out to by the recruiter and/or the hiring manager to schedule an initial call. After this, the hiring manager will connect with you if they have not yet. Then there is a panel interview.
Straightforward but a little unorganized. First with HR, then with a panel including the hiring manager. Some of the panel interviewers missed the interview, so I had to do individual interviews one by one.
S.T.A.R FORMAT.... STAR format is used primarily as an interview process. * S stands for situation. * T stands for task. * A stands for an action that you took. * R stands for the result that came from the actions.
