Good work-life balance. Fun, interesting people to work with. Usually realistic deadlines and schedules. Interesting work exists, but you have to find it yourself. Great benefits.
Co-workers were not technically adept enough to make working there truly interesting and to get hard work done. Things happened at a snail's pace.
Make sure intelligent people are put into a position of influence and challenged, or they will leave.

The interviewer asked behavioral questions. They were following a guide and didn't really veer off. The questions were vague, and I did not fully understand what they were asking. They seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification.
