An extremely antiquated culture. Engineering talent is not recognized, nor is it compensated for. There are no real incentives to achieve or climb the ladder. Leadership is very dictator-like, and ideas are heard but not acted upon. The company needs a complete cultural transition in order to succeed in the long run.
Listen, recognize, incentivize, and encourage innovation.
Also, invest in the future and play the long game.
