Sociopaths and thieves do very well here.
They will literally work you into an early grave. I was told I needed to do 2.5 full-time jobs when I came in. BGS does not want people who volunteer new ideas, or offer data different than what they very specifically asked for. That is seen as criticism and "How Dare You step out of your place." When an executive asks for new/different data, even when it's a non-emergency request, be afraid and drop everything. Rampant backstabbing and sabotage to keep your own job. When people get laid off, 99.9% do NO knowledge transfer. Management doesn't even want it. Dictionary definition of a toxic work environment.
Sell your stock options as soon as possible, before your spine removal and lobotomy, to stay in management.
I had my first interview for this job. It went well. I was told that I would have a technical interview next. Has anyone interviewed with Boeing for this type of job? What kind of technical questions do they ask?
I talked to someone at a university career fair. They shortlisted me to the Recommended Candidates survey. I heard back from a position and salary without an interview, around a month later.
The process was fairly straightforward. At the time of the interview, I joined a WebEx meeting and had a conversation with the manager and team lead for the team I would be joining. They were friendly and the talk went well.
