Stress Analyst
The interview was only a phone interview. It was a typical behavioral style interview. Most questions came in the form of, "Tell me about a time when ...". The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Modeling and Simulation Engineer
Interviewers are inexperienced (lots of duplicate questions and poor listening; I repeated myself across interviews and within the same interview!). The interviewers could not answer how they intend to test their software. Software engineers beware!

Straightforward. They are changing the interview policy, so it was more freeform than strict behavioral questions, but those still provided a basis on which the interview was conducted. There were more follow-ups and probing than in the past.
