Slow innovation in specifically the division I'm in, lots of bureaucracy, slow business and work opportunities.
Alot of politics and very few people in my division can actually provide any design input.
Give more employees the opportunity to provide technical input instead of just two or three individuals. Give employees more opportunity to grow.
