A very lengthy process that took several weeks to go through each stage. There was one phone and two in-person interviews. HR contacts you with the job offer. You only have a few days to accept the offer.

Very simple behavioral interview. It was not too crazy, and I got an offer a couple of days later. The job thing was cool as well. Software engineer is a cool thing.

The interviewer has a list of questions that are clearly from a script, where they are sure they are P.C. and couldn't possibly be grounds for a complaint. That makes it difficult for both sides to actually communicate anything meaningful about the j
