Structural Engineer
Brief phone interview with 5 questions. Followed by an on-site interview where you met with several managers that you would potentially work for. Plant tour. Offer was presented via email several weeks later.
Database Administrator
It was all behavioral questions. They used the STAR method of questioning and answering. The interview took about 50 minutes, and they asked less than 10 questions. There were a total of three people interviewing me at the same time.
